A very complex, rich nose comprising hints of citrus fruits, bread, hazelnuts and almonds. A touch of vanilla testifies to the high proportion of Chardonnay while the depth of the Pinot Noir is expressed in the form of red fruits and violets.

Ideal as an aperitif. Perfect with blanquette of veal, risotto, chicken fricassee or sole à la plancha. 65% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay. Powerful,Very low sulphur content, Rich and complex. Non-filtered.

50% of the wines are matured in oak barrels for 1 year. After bottling, the cuvée is aged for at least 5 years sur lattes (on laths). The date of disgorgement is printed on each label. Dosage: 5.6 g/l, liqueurs aged in Limousin oak casks.

Champagne Drappier is a Champagne producer based in the Urville region of Champagne. The house, founded in 1808, produces both vintage and non-vintage cuvee as well as a prestige wine known as Grande Sendrée.
