A smoothly rounded and mature wine obtained from the best Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella (60/30/10) grapes vinified using the traditional ‘ripasso’ method over dried grapes. On the nose, it’s ripe and round, with notes of toasting and hazelnut prevail, followed by raisins, figs, cherries in alcohol and light balsamic and undergrowth notes. In the mouth, it has rounded tannins and vigorous freshness.

Azienda Agricola Paolo Cottini is the name with which Paolo and Sara, young wine producers, wanted to express their personal identity by embracing the typical wine sector of Valpolicella.
