Les Trois Toits - Muscadet Sevre et Maine Sur Lie 'Phileas' 2019

This crisp, dry white is the ideal aperitif and go-to wine for shell-fish! This is a serious Muscadet showing crushed rock mineral features with citrus and flowers and a good weighty palate. It is focused and precise in the mouth and leaves a clean, crisp and slightly salty finish. Aged on lees for 10 months. Limited sulphiting.

Les Trois Toits

At the gates of Nantes, the estate of the Trois Toits is located in a prime location in Vertou, a famous winegrowing region. The local river Sèvregives its name to the appellation Muscadet Sèvreet Maine. Our vines benefit from the oceanic climate and the moderating role played by the Loire. In organic conversion with biodynamic practices, we are making sure that our activity is protecting biodiversity. From the vine to the cellar, we are always looking for the best balance.

The excellence of the terroir brings superior grapes for the finesse and mineral quality in our wines.
