Our Digital Gift Cards are redeemable against any product on our website. Please note Digital Gift Cards are delivered by email.
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Cards are non-refundable.
In the case of a no-show & cancellation after you redeemed your Gift Card against our tasting events, the amount you redeemed will not be redeemable again.

In the event of cancellation for any reason, your ticket is not refundable / transferable if we are notified less than 10 working days days before the date of the event.
It includes general Public Virtual Wine Tastings.
The event is not confirmed until the receipt of the full payment.

A deposit of 50% of the total price has to be paid when confirming the booking with the balance due within 10 working days before the event.
In the event of cancellation for any reason by the customer at least 10 working days before the date of the event, the deposit will be retained to be used for future booking if re-booked within 3 months of the original booking date. The deposit will be forfeit if event is not resheduled within 3 months of the original booking date.
In the event of cancellation for any reason, deposit will be forfeit if we are notified less than 10 working days before the date of the event.
In the event of cancellation for any reason, the full amount will be forfeit if we are notified less than 6 working days before the date of the event.

The event can be rescheduled, subject to availabilty, upon payment of Rescheduling Fee (€300).
