Terms of Use

These “Terms of Use” apply to the A WINE IDEA website located at https://www.awineidea.ie, and all associated sites linked to https://www.awineidea.ie. By using the site, you agree to these “Terms of Use”; if you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Your access to our services are subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules and policies published and that may be published from time to time by us.

Please read the Agreement carefully before accessing or using our Services. By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of the terms of the Agreement, then you may not access or use our Services.

IN-PERSON TASTINGS (PUBLIC)
Your booking is not secured until payment is received – all events must be paid for in advance.

In the event of cancellation for any reason, your ticket is not refundable if we are notified less than 5 working days days before the date of the event.

VIRTUAL WINE TASTINGS (PUBLIC)
It includes general Public Virtual Wine Tastings.

The event is not confirmed until the receipt of the full payment.

In the event of cancellation for any reason, your ticket is not refundable.

Please note that sharing virtual event access (including Zoom, video conferencing, web conferencing, webinar, invite links details) with a member of another household without prior consent is strictly prohibited.

We cannot take responsibility for any issues with delivery if we are notified less than 2 working days prior to the tasting. 

We cannot take responsibility for any issues with misplaced event invitations (including video conferencing, web conferencing, webinar, invite links) if we are notified less than 2 working days prior to the tasting. 

VIRTUAL WINE TASTINGS (CORPORATE & PRIVATE)
It includes Corporate and Private Virtual Wine Tastings.

Your booking is not secured until the deposit is received – all events must be paid for in advance.

A deposit of 20% of the total price has to be paid when confirming the booking with the balance due within 10 working days of the event.

In the event of cancellation for any reason by the customer at least 15 working days before the date of the event, the deposit will be retained to be used for future booking if re-booked within 3 months of the original booking date. The deposit will be forfeit if event is not resheduled within 3 months of the original booking date.

In the event of cancellation for any reason by the customer, deposit will be forfeit if we are notified less than 15 working days before the date of the event.

In the event of cancellation for any reason by the customer, the full amount will be forfeit if we are notified less than 10 working days before the date of the event. 

The event can be rescheduled, subject to availabilty, upon payment of Rescheduling Fee (€300). 

Please note that sharing virtual event access (including Zoom, video conferencing, web conferencing, webinar, invite links details) with a member of another household without prior consent is strictly prohibited.

We cannot take responsibility for any issues with delivery if we received the delivery details less than 10 working days prior to the tasting. 

We cannot take responsibility for any issues with delivery if we are notified about delivery delays less than 2 working days prior to the tasting. 

We cannot take responsibility for any issues with misplaced event invitations (including video conferencing, web conferencing, webinar, invite links) if we are notified less than 2 working days prior to the tasting. 

IN-PERSON TASTINGS (CORPORATE & PRIVATE)

It includes Corporate Tastings, Stag & Hen Parties and Private Wine Tastings.

Your booking is not secured until the deposit is received – all events must be paid for in advance.

A deposit of 50% of the total price has to be paid when confirming the booking with the balance due within 6 working days before the event.

In the event of cancellation for any reason by the customer at least 10 working days before the date of the event, the deposit will be retained to be used for future booking if re-booked within 3 months of the original booking date. The deposit will be forfeit if event is not resheduled within 3 months of the original booking date.

In the event of cancellation for any reason, deposit will be forfeit if we are notified less than 10 working days before the date of the event.

In the event of cancellation for any reason, the full amount will be forfeit if we are notified less than 6 working days before the date of the event. 

GIFT CARD
Booking using the Gift Cards will be subject to availability, please check in advance by emailing info@awineidea.ie

In the case of a no-show & cancellation (in person & virtual) after you redeemed your Gift Card, the amount you redeemed will not be redeemable again.

Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift Cards are non-refundable.
